DARE TO LEAD™

BASED ON THE RESEARCH AND WORK OF BRENÉ BROWN

Jardena is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator bringing Brené Brown’s research on courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy into your organization.

DARE TO LEAD™ WORKSHOPS

The organizations of the future are built on brave, courageous leaders. The financial cost to organizations that lack courage includes obvious things like productivity, but the hidden costs are even more insidious in things like watering down a bold strategy, lack of creative solutions, and the inability to execute on strategy.

The good news is that courageous leadership can be operationalized so that it’s observable, teachable and

measurable.

PACKAGES

1 HOUR INTERACTIVE KEYNOTE : Introduce participants to the 4 skill sets of courageous leadership. The keynote is both inspirational and tactical. This talk leaves people with an understanding of the importance of courageous leadership and equips them with some simple language and techniques to start their journey immediately.

1/2 DAY LEADERSHIP SEMINAR : Our half-day seminar introduces leaders to the skills of courageous leadership and how to operationalize them. We strongly recommend senior leaders attend this seminar before their organizations attend the workshops.

3 DAY/24 HOUR FULL WORKSHOP : We deliver a detailed toolset needed to operationalize a courageous workplace. We'll delve into where shame hides in the workplace, how armor shows up, and then practice skills to neutralize these behaviors. Individuals who successfully complete the full 24-hours of Dare to Lead program will receive a certificate of completion.
